Work

Here’s the work behind my results, and exactly how I got there.

Start with one of the three case studies, or scroll down for the smaller builds. Everything here went live, and every number shows where it came from and the period it covers.

01Case studies

I’ve written up three projects in full, so you can see every decision behind the numbers.

Each one covers the problem, what I built, the decisions that mattered and the receipts, and ends with an honest list of what I’m not claiming.

The Lead Engine

I designed one platform for every form on the TelcoBridges website. Each lead reaches up to four business systems, and it’s built so an outage in any one of them doesn’t lose an accepted lead.

The Search Engine

Organic search on the TelcoBridges website nearly tripled in five months, and more than half of that traffic now comes from the Learning Center pages I created.

Campaigns people show up for

I led three campaigns for BMW MINI Laval: a MINI Cooper drawn on by children at a Laval festival, a car meet that drew 600+ people, and the first eBike courtesy program at a Canadian dealership. The eBike program earned a BMW Canada Sustainability Award, and MINI Canada recognized the MINI campaign nationally.

02The workbench

These smaller builds show the full range of what I can take on, from tracking to podcasts.

Every one of them went live. Filter by layer to find the ones closest to what your team needs right now.

  • Tracking

All the tracking in one place, and a faster site

I audited the full TelcoBridges website, moved every tag into Google Tag Manager and cleaned out the hardcoded scripts. Along the way I significantly improved site speed.

  • Consent

Consent that travels with the lead

I set up Usercentrics with Google Consent Mode and carried each visitor’s choice through to the ad platforms, so their ad-consent decision follows every lead downstream.

  • Ads

Paid campaigns across the whole funnel

I’ve run Google Ads campaigns, including remarketing and video, with lead conversions uploaded server-side, along with Meta and Reddit campaigns and cold and engagement email.

  • AI pipelines

Content and site pipelines in Claude Code

I built content-production and website-optimization pipelines in Claude Code, and they’re part of the stack behind The Search Engine.

  • Dashboards

    Dashboards with AI built in

I built personal dashboards that connect AI to Google Ads, Google Analytics, Salesforce and Pardot through each platform’s API. It’s the kind of reporting layer I’d set up for your team.

  • Tools

Apps I built for my own work

When a task keeps coming back, I build a tool for it. I’ve built several productivity apps that way to support my own work.

  • SEO

    A full SEO audit

I audited the entire TelcoBridges website against SEO best practices, and that audit became one of the foundations of The Search Engine.

  • Design

    Redesigned front ends

I redesigned the front end of the full TelcoBridges website and of two online software products, from page templates to product pages and ad landing pages, in HTML, CSS and JavaScript.

  • Marketplaces

    Two enterprise marketplaces

I onboarded TelcoBridges onto AWS Marketplace and Genesys AppFoundry, which put its products in the catalogs enterprise buyers already browse.

  • Video

    Long-form video

Long-form video for TelcoBridges, including this explainer on session border controllers.

“What is a Session Border Controller (SBC)?” · TelcoBridges

  • Audio

    Two podcasts

I created two podcasts as part of 12+ years of making content, which also covers ad copy, email, skits and comedy writing.
