Free consultation

Give me thirty minutes with your workflow, and I’ll show you where the biggest wins are.

Walk me through how your team actually works: the tools, the handoffs, and the spreadsheets holding it together. I’ll map where leads, data and hours are slipping out, and where AI and the right integrations pay off first.

I go into every one of these calls knowing I’ll find something worth fixing.

01What you’ll leave with

You’ll leave with three useful things, whether or not we work together.

We spend the whole call on your workflow, and the thinking is yours to keep either way.

  1. 01 · The map

Your stack, mapped the way a systems person sees it

Every tool, every handoff and the route a lead actually takes, including the steps held together by copy-paste.

  2. 02 · The order

The one to three fixes that pay off first, in order

Ranked by payoff against effort, with what each one takes: time, tools, and who on your team would own it.

  3. 03 · The verdict

A straight answer: do it yourself, or do it with me

If your team can handle it, I’ll say so and point you to the first step. If it needs me, you’ll know what that looks like before anyone signs anything.

02The agenda

The thirty minutes are split into three parts, all about your workflow.

You do most of the talking in the first ten minutes. The last twenty go to what to fix first, and how.

00:00

Your workflow

You talk, I map. Tools, team, the path from first touch to closed deal, and every spot where someone copies data from one tool into another.

10:00

The leaks and the levers

Where leads, data and hours slip out, and where AI or one good integration pays off fastest.

20:00

The plan

The first thing to fix, what it takes, and whether we should do it together. If the honest answer is ‘you can do this yourself,’ you’ll hear that too.

30:00 We wrap up on time.

03Stack mapper

Map your stack here, and I’ll show you where I’d start.

Start here if you’d rather pick your tools than describe them. Pick what your team uses, and I’ll sketch how it connects and share a few first hunches. Everything you pick drops into your request below, so the call skips the intro.

Send me the messy version, because that’s the useful one.

Explain it the way you would to a new hire. I read every request myself, then reply by email with times.

05Questions

Here are straight answers to the questions people ask first.

Question Is it really free?
Answer

Yes. The call costs you thirty minutes and nothing else. If there’s a fit, I’ll suggest a next step. If there isn’t, I’ll say so, and you still leave with the map and the first fixes.

Question What should I prepare?
Answer

Nothing formal. If you have five minutes: a sketch or screenshot of how a lead moves today, the tools it touches, and one number you wish you trusted. Rough notes are fine.

Question What if we’re not technical?
Answer

Then this call is built for you. Describe what happens after someone fills out your form, and I’ll translate the technical side. The fixes come back in plain English, ranked, for whoever signs off.
