Services
Here’s what I can take on for your team, layer by layer.
Every engagement starts with a free 30-minute call where you show me how work actually moves through your company.

Lead & CRM systems
I set up your forms, routing and CRM so every lead lands once, in the right place.
Sounds familiar if…
- “Leads land in one tool and stall in another. Someone exports a CSV every Friday.”
- “Every new offer, page or language means another one-off form integration.”
- “We’re switching CRMs, and we can’t afford to lose leads in the move.”
What I do
- Replace vendor iframes and one-off connectors with native forms on one lead platform you own.
- Check every submission server-side, block bots and drop duplicates before anything reaches your CRM.
- Queue each accepted lead before the visitor sees thank-you, designed so a downstream outage doesn’t lose it.
- Set identity rules: match existing records, never overwrite them, and send any lead with several possible matches to a person to review.
- Run CRM migrations in gated phases (off → shadow → live), with the new CRM fed straight from the website.
- Wire webinars, product trials and nurture into the same flow, so launching a new webinar only takes a new key.
Proof
The Lead EngineTelcoBridgesSep → Oct 2026
I designed one platform for 8 form journeys in 4 languages. It feeds Customer.io, Salesforce and Odoo, plus the product licensing dashboard for trial sign-ups, and it went from approved architecture to the Odoo go-live in under six weeks.
Where we’d start
The path one lead takes from your form to a salesperson, and every place it can fall off.
Tracking, consent & ads
I set up your tracking, consent and ads so you can see what actually turns into pipeline.
Sounds familiar if…
- “Nobody trusts the dashboard, so meetings get stuck on whose numbers are right.”
- “Google Ads is optimizing for form fills, when sales wants qualified leads.”
- “We have a cookie banner, but nobody can say what it changes in our tracking.”
What I do
- Audit the tracking end to end, move every tag into Google Tag Manager and clear out the hardcoded scripts.
- Fire conversions on real outcomes, like a qualified lead or a booked demo, and keep personal data out of the tracking tags.
- Set up a consent platform with Google Consent Mode, and carry each visitor’s choice through to the ad platforms.
- Upload lead conversions to Google Ads server-side, hashed and deduplicated, so retries never double-count.
- Build and tune Google Ads campaigns, including remarketing and video.
- Trace the chain layer by layer when a vendor change quietly breaks it.
Fine print Consent work covers the technical implementation. Legal sign-off stays with your counsel.
Proof
The Lead EngineTelcoBridgesThe week consent broke
A vendor changed how it stored consent, and ad-conversion uploads started failing. Diagnosed across the browser, the middleware and the ad API, fixed in two narrow layers, then verified with a real production registration and an accepted Google Ads upload.
Where we’d start
The conversion your ad budget depends on most, and whether it tracks a real outcome.
AI operations
I build AI agents and automations that take real work off your team’s plate, with clear guardrails around what they can touch.
Sounds familiar if…
- “Our AI use depends on one person’s prompts. None of it is built into the workflow.”
- “Content, site updates and reports wait in someone’s queue every week.”
- “We’d use AI agents, but we can’t risk one changing something it shouldn’t.”
What I do
- Map the workflow and pick the steps where AI pays off, and the ones that should stay human.
- Build Claude Code pipelines for content production and website optimization.
- Put agents under written change control: scoped jobs, risk classes, protected layers, tests before every release.
- Keep a human sign-off between every agent and production.
- Build internal tools and AI-connected dashboards over your Google Ads, Analytics and CRM data.
- Choose the right model for each job: Claude, ChatGPT or Gemini.
Proof
The Lead Engine buildTelcoBridgesSep → Oct 2026
I ran AI coding agents under a written change-control policy with six risk classes. Over about six weeks that meant about 26 production deploys, each with a recorded rollback target and backed by about 1,600 automated tests.
Search, content & creative
I get you in front of the people already searching for what you sell, with content worth their time.
Sounds familiar if…
- “We know our category better than anyone, but we don’t show up in search.”
- “Our buyers search in several languages. Our site is only in one.”
- “Our campaigns go out, but they don’t get noticed.”
What I do
- Audit the site against SEO best practice, then fix what holds it back, speed included.
- Build the content system: a learning center, comparison and use-case pages, free tools, landing pages.
- Set up AI-assisted production, with a human gate before anything goes live.
- Roll reader-facing pages out in every language your buyers search in.
- Write for AI answers too, from Google AI Overviews to Copilot and ChatGPT search, alongside the standard results.
- Redesign the front end, write the copy, shoot the video, run the campaign or the event.

Organic search sessions grew 2.9× in five months, and by September more than half of them came from the Learning Center pages I created.
CampaignsBMW MINI Laval, 2023
Campaigns I led were recognized by BMW Canada (a Sustainability Award, for the first eBike courtesy program at a Canadian dealership) and MINI Canada (national recognition).
Where we’d start
The ten searches your buyers make before they ever talk to sales.
How it works
Here’s how it goes after our call, and what you get at each step.
Each step ends with something your team can use, whether or not we keep working together.
-
01 · Free · 30 min
The call
You walk me through how work moves today: the tools, the handoffs, the workarounds. I map it as we talk, and you leave with the first fixes, in order.
-
02 · If there’s a fit
A written plan
What I’d fix first, what it takes, and which parts your team can run without me. If the honest answer is “you can do this yourself,” the plan says so.
-
03 · Your decision
A scoped project or ongoing support
A defined build with a clean handoff, or ongoing support inside your marketing ops. Either way, every release ships with tests and a way back.
FAQ
Here are the questions people usually ask before booking a call.
If yours isn’t here, bring it to the call.
Question Isn’t AI mostly hype?
Some of it is. What holds up is AI built into a real workflow, with tests, approvals and a way to roll back. That’s the only kind I build. On the Lead Engine at TelcoBridges, AI coding agents worked under a written policy with six risk classes, and nothing reached production without my sign-off.
Question Do you build, or just advise?
Both. I define what marketing needs, architect the system, direct the build and verify it in production myself. AI coding agents wrote a lot of the code. I decided what they were allowed to touch.
Question We’re not technical. Is this for us?
Yes. I handle the technical side and report back in plain English: what I found, what to fix first, and why. All you need to know is that your leads arrive where they should.
Question Our stack is a mess. Where would we start?
With a map. On the call, you walk me through how a lead moves today, workarounds included, and I map it as we talk. Messy stacks usually hold the fastest wins, so don’t clean anything up first. We start with the fix that pays off soonest.
Question Which tools do you work with?
For CRM and automation I work in Salesforce, Odoo, Customer.io, Pardot and Zapier. For ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads and Meta Ads. For tracking and SEO, GA4, Google Tag Manager, Usercentrics and Ahrefs. On the web side, WordPress, Cloudflare Workers and GitHub, and for AI, Claude Code, Codex, Claude, ChatGPT and Gemini. For design, Adobe Creative Cloud and Canva. If a tool you rely on has an API, I can usually connect it to the rest of your stack.
Question How does your creative background help?
I have 8+ years of stand-up, 12+ years of content creation, and I’ve organized live shows, including two sold-out theater shows of my own. Stage and content work taught me to hold an audience’s attention, write clearly and test ideas with real people. I’ve also painted professionally for 5+ years, so design is part of the work from the start.
