About

I bring nearly a decade of marketing, years on stage and a painter’s eye to everything I build.

I’m Vlad Levitsky. I connect deep marketing expertise with custom AI to get the most out of a company’s entire tech stack.

Outside the systems work, I did stand-up for more than eight years, and I’ve painted professionally for more than five.

01The short version

Stand-up taught me to hold an audience, and marketing systems taught me to make that attention count.

I did stand-up for more than eight years. It taught me how to hold an audience’s attention, write clearly, and test material with real people before it counts. I’ve spent 12+ years making content: copy, social, two podcasts, skits and email. I’ve organized live shows, including large-scale ones and two sold-out theater shows of my own. I’ve also painted professionally for 5+ years, so I care about how the work looks as much as what it says.

On the marketing side, campaigns I led at BMW MINI Laval were recognized by BMW Canada (Sustainability Award, for the first eBike courtesy program at a Canadian dealership) and MINI Canada (national recognition). At TelcoBridges, a B2B telecom software company, I moved into the systems behind the marketing. I led the website, SEO and content program, moved all tracking into Google Tag Manager, set up consent management, and designed and directed a lead platform that feeds Customer.io, Salesforce and Odoo through Cloudflare Workers.

I also built content-production and site-optimization pipelines in Claude Code. AI coding agents wrote a lot of the platform’s code. I decided what they were allowed to touch, and nothing ships to production without my sign-off. The stage and the systems work rely on the same skills: clear communication, careful preparation, and respect for anything that has to work live.

02Operating principles

Here are the principles I work by, and the proof behind each one.

  1. 01

A number is only useful when you can see where it came from.

That’s why every growth number on this site comes with a source, a time window and any caveats.

  2. 02

Every system needs a way back.

On the lead platform, each of about 26 production deploys in roughly six weeks was recorded with a rollback target.

  3. 03

    The best automation is predictable.

The new CRM integration went live through gated phases (off → shadow → live) in a single day.

  4. 04

Copy should sound like a person, and code should ship with an engineer’s discipline.

For code, that means scoped tasks, written change control, tests before every release and my sign-off before production.

03Toolbox

Here’s the toolbox I work in, grouped by the job each tool does.

You can see most of these in action in the case studies.
